Chelsea Veterans Stadium & Carter Park, Chelsea, MA

CBA’s team prepared a comprehensive master plan for the Carter Park complex, which includes Chelsea High School’s Veterans Stadium & track facility as well as adjacent ball fields and a public playground. Building on this work, our team has designed and implemented the first three phases of the master plan, focusing on the Veterans Stadium track and field, a new sports lighting system and sound system, and the addition of a standalone restroom structure. Future phases, including replacement of the bleachers and upgrades to the ballfields and playground, are awaiting City funding.
