Salt Pond Home
This home is sited advantageously on a knoll overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, where one arrives via a curving gravel drive to a shingle-style property nestled amoung lush vegetation. A series of gardens surround this house, in which CBA used a rich and varied plant palette giving the landscape seasonal interest from spring through fall.
Northshore Compound
The second home depicted makes a grand statement with a wooden deck, fieldstone wall and an "edgeless" pool. The deck separates the formal from the natural landscape; the view from house, deck, and pool looks across a newly planted meadow, to the hills and ocean beyond. The curving entrance drive cuts gently into the hillside and separates field grass from the lawn. A border of native flowers adds a splash of color along the new fieldstone wall.
West Chop Estate
The third landscape shown was created by combining two large parcels of land, and is made up of three houses and a pool house with many landscape amenities. It's features include a tennis court, bocce court, basketball half court, swimming pool, reflecting pool, fountains, gazebo, and putting green. Sumptuous gardens surround and integrate the various components. Extensive plantings with an emphasis on native vegetation distinguish this island oasis.
Southshore Compound & Chilmark Pond House
The last landscape includes extensive compound includes a main house, a garage with apartment and and guest house on a separate pond. This landscape included a custom trellis, stone work, fencing, and railings, as well as a pool and spa that enjoy a rich view of the Atlantic Ocean.
